Develop business processes that will allow for the allocation and management of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) enterprise budget for dollars and FTEs within the organizations.
Provide efficiencies in formulation of the budget for centers and Headquarters (HQ).
Develop business management processes that provide efficiencies in execution and reporting of the budget for centers and HQ.
Capture cost savings due to Mission Support Future Architecture Program (MAP) operational changes.
Analyze risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risks status.
Evaluate, interpret, and present complex data, information and concepts for OCFO management and other HQs elements.
Coordinate Enterprise activities with team members, management, and other stakeholders and ensures compliance with policies and practices.
