TNFro Is Back Podcasting from the Gulf Shores of Alabama…

Coffee at Gulfshore

It feels good sitting in the sun with the waves and gulls as my background music. If I have to prolong my personal shelter in place, I am doing my way.

Persist and Consequence Shall Induce Itself Has A Fro…Calm, rooted and undisturbed; Golden Age of Grift Part 3-Hollywood Ponzi Scheme; Reunion Lerwks and Owning Your Light. feliciabaxter

Starting with childhood hymns and a cleansing of the evil eye, this episode dives into the messy, "ghetto," but beautiful process of putting yourself back together piece by piece. Join me as I talk through leaning into gratitude, ignoring the haters (thanks for the algorithm boost!), holding people accountable to high standards, and guarding your peace at all costs. I’m sharing candid thoughts on self-regulation, building true independence, and tackling that sneaky imposter syndrome and fear of success that creeps in just as things start working out. Rooted, unbothered, and stepping into a new era of intentional calm—let's walk this path together. Sunday mornings on the ridge bring a profound stillness, a welcome respite after the week’s hustle. This weekend, the focus shifted from podcast production to personal restoration, involving movement, meditation, and nourishing rituals. Grounding in the present moment, I honor my lineage and find gratitude in the simple joys of life, carrying this sense of peace and purpose into the week ahead. #CountYourBlessings #Unbothered #SettingBoundaries#ImposterSyndrome#HealingJourney#ProtectYourPeace Jason Cloth, a Hollywood executive producer, ran a $100 million Ponzi scheme, exploiting his industry connections and reputation to deceive investors. Wealthy investors were misled by his credentials and proximity to fame, failing to scrutinize his financial practices. To protect against such scams, it’s crucial to maintain a vigilant, analytical mindset, separating creative credibility from financial transparency and demanding clear, verifiable information. I continue to discuss "circling the block" and finding yourself and peace while navigating your next Chapter in Terry McMillan's I Almost Forgot About You, a FBRoasters Subscription Book Selection.  The Bell Collective reunion looks were praised for their styling, with standout outfits from Letitia, Dr. Marie Monroe, and Carlos King. The author found the Real Housewives of OC boring and criticized Carrie Paul for being performative about her business struggles. The author also noted the improved dynamics among the Bell Collective cast members. Delay in podcasting because real life this past week is so much worse than fiction or dreaming about launching into space.

SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, perched atop the company’s Falcon 9 rocket, takes off in May from launch pad 39A in Cape Canaveral, Florida, carrying NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley to the International Space Station.

I would rather be a stowaway one of the SpaceX launches.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti captured this shot of the Falcon 9 plume over the lights of LA on Oct. 7, 2018.

Elon have you bumped your head? Boy Bye.

But stumbled across a tidbit of information about something called Rideshare SpaceX venture. For a cool 1 million bones you can take an Uber to the stars to get your satellite into space. 1 million bones for the first 200kg with an additional 5K per additional kilo. Holy smokes.

Habitat 2, Radishes in Space

NASA astronaut Michael Hopkins tends to radish plants growing for the Plant Habitat-02 experiment.

Orion Nebula…

Gaseous swirls of hydrogen, sulfur, and hydrocarbons cradle a collection of infant stars in this composite image of the Orion Nebula, as seen by the Hubble Space Telescope and the Spitzer Space telescope. Together, the two telescopes expose carbon-rich molecules in the cosmic cloud of this star-formation factory located 1,500 light-years away.

Hubble’s ultraviolet and visible-light view reveal hydrogen and sulfur gas that have been heated and ionized by intense ultraviolet radiation from the massive stars, collectively known as the “Trapezium.” Meanwhile, Spitzer’s infrared view exposes carbon-rich molecules in the cloud. Together, the telescopes expose the stars in Orion as a rainbow of dots sprinkled throughout the image.”

Apropo for the Death of the Green Chick on Star Trek Discovery this past week in the season finale…Next section is full of spoilers if you have not watched ST Discovery Season Finale

Star Trek Corner…

Lt. Detmer, ST Discovery

Lucky Episode 13…That Hope is You Part 2…Wait did I see Part 1?

Umm, yeah that was the Season Opener, bookend by the Season Finale. Bravo. Ding Dong the Witch is dead…The Witch in the Wizard of Oz and Osyraa both green…was that intentional? In summary, unable to jump away without Stamets, but with the help of Book, named after his idol Cleveland Booker…no clue who that is. But need to see more of him.

Book, Add a sight for accuracy to your phaser

Osyraa fights her way out of Federation headquarters and shuts off life support for the bridge crew. Despite this, Tilly and the bridge crew is able to plant a bomb in one of the ship’s nacelles with the help of the Sphere data, dropping Discovery from warp. Burnham makes her way to the ship’s data core, kills Osyraa in a fight, and resets the computer systems. She turns life support back on and beams all Emerald Chain fighters off the ship. The Emerald Chain collapses after Osyraa’s death, and planets begin to rejoin the Federation. Discovery sets out to bring dilithium from the nebula to planets that have been cut off by the Burn.Aurellio, after a change in heart, suggests that Book could use the spore drive with his empathic abilities, and they jump to the nebula. Saru helps Su’Kal turn the simulation off and come to terms with the death of his mother, as his reaction to that is what caused the Burn, just as Discovery arrives. Burnham was right all along. Finding the source of the burn and neutralizing it was important to preserving the Federation. Saru decides to help Su’Kal start a new life on Kaminar. The Emerald Chain collapses after Osyraa’s death, and planets begin to rejoin the Federation. Discovery sets out to bring dilithium from the nebula to planets that have been cut off by the Burn. Burnham is promoted to captain which sets up the storyline for Season 4.

Needs better catchphrase, I dig Black Alert though.

Because of his demeanor Sa’ru and resistance to thinking outside of the box, I don’t think he is capable of navigating all the intricacies of rebuilding the Federation in the 31st century But a Black woman, raised by Vulcans, and molded by Phillipa Georgio might just have what it takes.

You know, as I reflect on the original Star Trek Series and every spin off from Next Generation, Picard, and now Discovery are people having so much trouble with this series because again the cast and production crews are a reflection of society, with women and men of color in leadership roles and reflecting an idealized society fighting against evil and corruption? Are your egos so fragile you can’t see the beauty of this series and simple message of hope and unity? Before you cast a disparaging review, reflect on why you are player hating this series so much.

Why I admire First Lady Obama…Went in on that Orange Hued Fool, his enablers, the rioters, and the rest of us.

I am reflecting on true leadership, grace, and I want to rise to the occasion. I can’t be immobilized by the hatred and fear, I have to keep it moving.
