Persist and Consequence Shall Induce Itself Has A Fro… Sacred Sundays, New Tales from Savannah, Subway Schemes, Simple Ramen, and #LAMH Dreams – feliciabaxter

Prayer of Intention for Sovereign Success Seven is the number of balance. Three numbers sit on each side, with four resting firmly in the middle. In this symmetry, we establish our foundation, steady our steps, and command our day. One. We center God above all else. God is the Creator, the ultimate source of every breath and every idea. Through our belief in Him, we are grounded, aligned, and centered in divine truth. Two. We start each day with a clear mind. We strip away the static, silence the noise, and sweep the slate clean before the world makes its demands. Three. We hold an open mind. A clear mind empties out the unnecessary, and an open mind prepares the vessel to receive wisdom, divine direction, and fresh opportunity. Four. We anchor ourselves in the present. We do not lose power to yesterday's anxiety or tomorrow's projections. We stand firmly in the reality of what is, fully awake to the moment before us. Five. We walk boldly in our purpose. We advance with focus, we build with excellence, and we make no apologies for our success. We carry our achievements with dignity and without shame. Six. We declare that failure is simply a chance to reset. A setback is merely data from a process that didn't work. We study the lesson, calibrate the strategy, change the execution, and keep moving forward. Seven. We recognize that change is necessary. Growth demands evolution. We do not fear disruption; we accept it, we welcome it, and we let it refine us. In all things, remain calm. Be steady through every season, and continuously give thanks for the breath, the journey, and the provision. Call to Action: Go forth today and build. Stand firm in your lane, guard your peace, and move with intentionality. Always seek symmetry, uphold balance, and stay open to growth. Ramen Real Talk & Intentional Cooking: Simplifying the bowl with al dente noodles, braised short ribs, firm tofu, and boiled eggs—rejecting viral culinary chaos in favor of quiet kitchen satisfaction. Drafting Isle of Hope: Unpacking the creative journey behind protagonist Alicia St. Claire—an executive who cashed out debt-free to build an oyster mariculture and cottage empire along the Skidaway River.   Corporate Sharks vs. Family Bottom-Feeders: Exploring Alicia’s sharp contrast with the old-guard Savannah aristocracy and her entitled family (Aunt Tredda, Louanne, and Antoinette), who scheme a subsidized "mission trip" to claim free beachfront lodging. The High-Stakes Subway Bribery Scandal: Dissecting the $80M federal indictment involving former IPC CEO Janet Reecie-Fiel and her brother—unpacking commercial kickbacks, intermediary shell corporations, and off-book slush funds through the lens of a Certified Fraud Examiner. Love & Marriage: Huntsville Glow-Ups & Realities: Breaking down the current season's shifts, from LaTisha Scott’s elevated Egyptian-queen aesthetic to Miss Nell and Destiny looking stunning while navigating complex personal dynamics. Caregiver Boundaries & Intentional Peace: Highlighting Miss Nell’s situation and the vital importance of arranging respite or memory care for an aging parent before caregiver burnout takes a physical and emotional toll. Arionne’s "Pick-Me" Strategy & Reclaiming the Narrative: Calling out Arionne’s attempts to rewrite her history, demand loyalty, and push Destiny aside, while stressing that coparenting with Martell Holt doesn't entitle a former side piece to marital standing or respect from the group. RHOSLC & RHOC Check-Ins: Touching on the manufactured feuds across The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and The Real Housewives of Orange County—from Heather Dubrow trying to spark camera moments with Alexis Bellino to Emily Simpson picking unnecessary fights at home instead of leaning into the real story of balancing reality TV and managing a neurodivergent child. In Exile from South Africa Mother Africa, Miriam Makeba joined all of us across the Diaspora through music with the living legend Mary Frances Berry, and academic and activist led a sit-in that would lead to the downfall of apartheid in South Africa, a brutal replica of Jim Crow in the US.

I had the honor to speak about Mother Africa and many women across the Diaspora with the coolest women on the Planet the co-authors of Black Women Shaping The World Across Continents Across Time  Bergeline, Kah, and Alice! Timely narrative….

Reality TV, RHONY Teaching Healthcare Inequity for African Americans…Ramona is an Idiot, really girl…

RHOA Season 15 Promises to be so messy…I might just be here for it!

Off screen drama of SWV and Xscape so much more than the show. Her apology seems a bit contrived and 20 minutes of gaslighting. Open marriages, favoritism, theft, it is awful…Comments are everything,

@allegroaffettuoso9012

1 day agoIt’s so odd how she words things in a way that still makes her seem like the victim or she didn’t know what was going on when it’s clear she did. It’s funny how she was going to drag them all, call them liars, isolate them, push them away, insult them, make them the bad guy, and uplift herself until she finally got pushed so far into the corner that she couldn’t hold up the act anymore. Once Tamika posted the receipts, and once the other girls stood together and didn’t let her control the narrative, now she’s crying because she has no more legs to stand on. it’s hard to know whether this is the desperation of a person who was manipulated into doing all this by her controlling husband, or a person who was equally duplicitous; did she do it out of malice, or was she coerced. Whatever the case may be, it’s odd that she’s only owning up to it when she can’t lie anymore and when it’ll make her look good to take accountability. Are these the crocodile tears of someone owning their stuff, or someone trying to save face. She needs some deep therapy, because something isn’t clicking on her end and it’s hard to know what.

Is the entirety of the show predicated on Latocha Scott? She says she just wants to sing, but then doesn’t…
