Sorry if we got disconnected and it took me long to get back to you earlier. This is beyond my scope as a literary agent so I had to refer to the finance manager. Anyway, if you could forward the email from PayPal so we could use it to file a ticket why that has happened, that would be of a help.

 

For now, the project goes as is until this is resolved. The book is already in the hands of a senior editor for content evaluation and to ready it for developmental editing. The other team is also in the process of crafting the needful documents we need asap to start reaching out to traditional publishers.

My Response: Bless your heart,  I disconnected and blocked you. 

By the way, if you want to be considered a legitimate literary agent, that doesn’t work from home, you may not want to have roosters crowing in the background. (My mother’s family raised pigs, vegetables, and chickens)
 
The reason I initiated a request for reversal and a fraud alert with my credit card is for several reasons. Legitimate businesses that use in house Editorial services don’t use unverified overseas Paypal accounts. Fact and Fiction is not a legitimate NY based business, again the roosters crowing is a give away. 
 
Your company nor any of its associates, including yourself, has a online presence. It is not incorporated in the US.
 
I did a reverse image search on your photo, that image is from a stock image attached to multiple different accounts and names. 
 
You wanted listings of reviews of my work.  I will not be giving you any. But your company is being reviewed at the following as we speak: 
The Better Business Bureau of Greater New York www.newyork.bbb.org
And when I can make a formal complaint to the Department of Justice, I will. 
 
And I will be dragging your company everywhere. 
 
 
FYI The contract I signed, because you are not a legitimate business is bogus and not enforceable. And your company can’t represent me if you don’t exist. So, kick rocks you fraudulent lazy mugs.  And my book has a registered copyright, which I own.  If you try to submit without my permission or represent me in any way or seek to profit from illegally republishing, that is considered copyright infringement and subject to penalties and prosecution.
